Our experienced team of planning consultants combines local and national knowledge of key planning policies and the property development industry. This enables us to provide clients with an understanding of what is required to make schemes successful for our landowners. We can manage the entire planning process, from initial pre-application discussions with the local planning authority to the preparation and undertaking of public consultation, through to the submission and determination of the application, and beyond.

Grey Oak can design and develop an individual, unique, and bespoke home for a client or, depending on the brief, undertake large-scale residential developments that respond positively to planning, architectural, environmental, and engineering objectives in an integrated way. Our design consultants work on planning applications and possess an exceptional understanding of the development control process and planning policy requirements in relation to any design.
